The indicated rates include the rental of the whole property and the use of its private garden and pool, with all mentioned equipments.
It also includes the garden and pool maintenance, the residence security, as well as a daily cleaning service (6/7 days); all those services are operated by our own staff.
The preparation of lunch meals - between 12:00 and 15:00 - is included (6/7 days); this service does not include the purchase of food and drinks.
We can also offer optional services :

* Car, bike, scooter, quad or bicycle rental

Booking confirmation & Security deposit
A downpayment of 50% of the total rental amount is necessary to confirm a reservation; this confirmation payment can be done by wire transfer, cash transfer or Paypal. The remaining sum is to be paid upon arrival.
The reservation downpayment will be held in totality if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the first day of rental period, and by 50% if it occurs less than 60 days before.
A security deposit of USD 1.000 is required upon arrival.
